As said with the EATIGO CS, there are two main complaints. First, the restaurant told us we have no booking record. I have shown to reservation code to the manager After we have seated. I have asked the manager about the service charge (SC), He confirmed to us that is by “discounted price”. So we ordered the food and enjoyed it. When we called up the bill, the bill showed the SC was counted by original price.
