Feedback for Great Harbour Buffet, ICONSIAM Overall, the food was quite good and the dining experience was enjoyable. The reception and service staff were excellent — very attentive, polite, and efficient. However, I think there’s room for improvement in the Western food section. The kitchen staff there were not very friendly; they didn’t seem approachable, and when food ran out, it wasn’t replenished promptly. When guests asked for food to be served, it almost felt like we were inconveniencing them. I would suggest improving the attitude and hospitality of the staff in each food section so that everyone greets guests with a smile and maintains the same high standard as the service team.
