「玉」延續新加坡富麗敦酒店同名中菜廳的餐飲概念，在延綿不絕的山海景致映襯下，為饕客送上琳瑯滿目的傳統粵式佳餚。
米芝蓮星級行政總廚賴正成師傅特別創作一系列暖心佳餚，採用最優質及最新鮮的時令食材烹製，讓饕客身心飽足。特別推介包括一系列廣受歡迎的經典傳統粵菜、精緻點心、滋補燉湯、時令菜式及新鮮海鮮等等。「玉」位於酒店二樓，設有四間寬敞的私人宴會廳，適合社交聚會和商務會議。
