星耀廳是一間全天候自助餐廳，匯聚東西方的經典美食佳餚。餐廳與戶外平台相連，可俯瞰南中國海的壯麗景色，客人可在陽光充沛的舒適氛圍下享受美食。餐廳設有多個即席烹調美食區，為客人打造出刺激感官的互動式餐飲體驗。
餐廳提供一系列國際美饌，以及各式各樣地中海和亞洲特色風味菜式。食客更可品嚐到從磚爐新鮮烤焗的披薩、豐盛的周末早午餐，為客人打造與別不同的海岸美食之旅。

50% 400元左右，都係失望。食物款有些少'。 好：燒牛肉靚，印度咖喱味道好但只有兩款，甜品款式可以，餸菜美味 差：款式較少，天婦羅都沒有，即場煎食物也只有三款，到達時過去左兩小時只剩下已煎好食物。以為有不少新加坡或馬來西牙食品卻沒串燒，海南鷄等，有喇沙，椰槳飯和肉骨茶。 三半小時，很多人二半小時走了
