I feel discriminated booking via this app! I went with three children and got 30% off. The restaurant just let others be seated before us even though we booked and queued first. When we enquired abt this, staff stated because the 4-ppl group were paying regular price, and the 2-ppl group cancelled the discount booking and therefore would also pay full price. With this logic, the queue in front of us could only get longer!!!! Staff said again if you paid in full, you could have been seated… it was already 10min since we waited, kids were feeling hungry and expressed frustrations seeing all these. I asked if I had to cancel my booking then, staff agreed to arrange the next table for us. Another 5min, we were finally seated and asked for some water. But the staff gave 2 cups for 4 of us… well, I would be paying 70% plus service charge, it was not fair to have 50% of service lol. The bbq chicken with egg and fried rice looked nice so we ordered two of these (big mistake, sigh). The dishes only arrived at the table with white rice. Staff explained in detail and politely that it was stated in the physical menu (with white rice) even though the QR code e-menu everyone used showed the fried rice picture, never mentioned no fried rice nor include any option to change. This was another speechless moment. My younger one mentioned afterwards the utensils were a bit wet and tissue provided was not clean. For these I could not provide further proof, fyi only. We were looking forward to the pho and snacks. Pho was ok, chicken wings were good and recommended.
