本人於11月23日下午4時30分光顧新城市分店，入座後問當時店內的Captain是否套餐都可享有相關折扣優惠，他回答「是」，當落order時，另一中年外藉女員工說只有單點才有半價，再落order時，想叫一個pizza、pasta同dessert, Captain 說只有pizza才有半價，其他都沒有折扣，於是我把eatigo APP裡的餐牌比佢睇，解釋比佢聽，佢之後再問吓其他職員，才確定餐牌內的所有單點都有折扣，點解佢自己係職員都可以唔清唔楚？要客人解釋返轉頭比佢聽，浪費了我15分鐘時間才能成功點餐，點完餐後，那個人又走來說每人要點一杯飲品，我問佢飲品是否有半價，他是「有」，於是我點了一半Cappuccino 同 Latte, 飲品來了後，女待應走來說剛才同事搞錯了，飲品是「沒有半價的」，點解點餐前唔可以講得清清楚楚，如一早知，我有權不光顧的！食物質素方面都欠佳，我們order 了一份tiramisu, 原價是$78，份量極少，質地非常鞋，從來未食過咁鞋咁難食既tiramisu，完全唔值呢個價錢！如果你地唔想比客人用呢個offer就唔好推啦，d職員又黑口黑面，點解要令人用餐嘅經驗咁差？
