Pampa意指阿根廷的The Pampas平原，從十九世紀中旬開始阿根廷人已在那裡放牧優質牛種。這種牛的放牧過程一任自然，牛隻不接觸化學及合成物，只食用天然牧草及天然山泉水。Pampa餐廳堅持從阿根廷直送最新鮮的牛肉，出品的牛柳肉質鮮嫩，入口即化。餐廳除有各種天然風味的牛扒外，還有阿根廷各類美味，更有純正阿根廷美酒任君品嚐。
