Pampa意指阿根廷的The Pampas平原，從十九世紀中旬開始阿根廷人已在那裡放牧優質牛種。這種牛的放牧過程一任自然，牛隻不接觸化學及合成物，只食用天然牧草及天然山泉水。Pampa餐廳堅持從阿根廷直送最新鮮的牛肉，出品的牛柳肉質鮮嫩，入口即化。餐廳除有各種天然風味的牛扒外，還有阿根廷各類美味，更有純正阿根廷美酒任君品嚐。

The steak tasted bad - badly cooked and not properly defrosted . Also probably not that fresh. Of all the Argentinian steaks around d Central this was the worst. However the single wait staff was nice and did his job well.

The services was fantastic and the grilled salmon was edible but not fresh, hence I knock 2 stars off. I see why it has a lower rating than the sister's restaurant. Will not go back again.
