尼泊爾飲食相當豐富，歷史悠長，而皇家的盛宴菜品更在喜馬拉雅山下多個王國裡不斷流傳。經過多年優化，菜品已有各種不同的口味，包括清淡，辣及極辣等等。位於中環蘇豪士丹頓街的Nepal餐廳酒吧，為香港奉上超過二百五十年曆史的尼泊爾皇家盛宴。帶有淡香味道的醬料，香草及辣椒等調味料的獨門用法，都是Nepal餐廳酒吧充滿魅力的特色所在。
