On arrival at an empty restaurant there was confusion and chaos when we presented out Eatigo voucher. Staff had no idea of this promotion, they spent time verifying we could use the voucher before taking orders. Very unwelcoming. My meal was served before my drink, I actually finished eating before my drink or my partners meal was served. When we wanted to pay, the bill was prepared at hotel reception causing more delay. Food was average. Staff were nice but under trained.
