I've tried 4 buffets over the last few months, in Bangkok. This is by far the best! Food excellent, service perfect and if this hotel isn't the most beautiful one in Bangkok I'd be astonished. Lovely surroundings with a view of a busy Sukhumvit.

Honestly this was a little disappointing after reading all the reviews on here. I rank this behind Goji, Espresso and even the buffet at Athanee. The restaurant is small and the food area is compact so it does feel busy. Seafood on ice has a nice selection with crabs and I appreciate the prepare them so it's easy to eat but many of the crabs and even mussels are still thawing and there's so much water when you bite into them. Sashimi is available but the chef only cuts like 7-8 pieces at a time and I had to wait a few times. The live grill station took a long time too that by the time the river prawns came I had already paid. Prepared food, Fruit and dessets are nothing specialty. Came on Sat dinner with 60% from eatigo and paid about $55 CAD per person.

I recently attended the dinner buffet at Sheraton Grande @Sukhumvit, and overall, the experience was solid. The food selection was impressive, especially the abundance of seafood, various meat options, and a good range of ice-cream sets to finish off the meal. The quality of the dishes was consistent, and the spread felt well-prepared and satisfying. However, the service could definitely be improved. After we were seated, the waiters and waitresses were nowhere to be seen, and when we needed a water refill, I had to call out for assistance because no staff were around. This lack of attentiveness affected the overall experience. That said, the price of about SGD63++ per person, including tax, is still reasonable for what was offered. It was a good one-time experience, though I might consider trying other hotel buffets next time. Still, the ambience and atmosphere made it a pleasant dinner overall.
