Food tasted nice. Service dreadful, despite having a booking table set for one. Things ordered and did not arrive, when asked about the order, told they were not available. Why did I have to ask? Should we not have been told and given the option to order something else? Portion size poor, ordering for two people and one dumpling arrives. We would not recommend and we will not return.

1) It wasn't full house but yet the waiting time for dim sum is at least 20 minutes. 2) There're not enough staff to go to the tables to take order. 3)They were several occasions that our tea cups went empty before they served us the tea.

Even though I made reservation,restaurant was closed and we must find another restaurant for lunch. That is extremely unfortunate.

คุณภาพอาหารเปลี่ยนแปลงไปมาก จากเคยให้5ดาว ตอนนี้ให้1ดาว รายการอาหารน้อย ไม่ค่อยอร่อย รอนานบริการไม่ถั่วถึง ผิดหวังอย่างแรง เสียดายเงินตริงๆ

i made this reservation (YP837) in the hopes of using the discount for the dim sum buffet for lunch. However, the restaurant did not let me, saying the promotion discount from eatigo does NOT apply. I understand if there are conditions to the discounts, but there are no remarks in the eatigo application that does not allow to use for dim sum buffet. I was clearly upset since I had to pay FULL PRICE for the buffet as a result.
