Fantastic meal with great ambiance and service! Thank you to the entire team at Liu’s for one of my best meals in Bangkok, I’d definitely come back :)

It’s hard to rate as this is my country’s food. I can say, it is quite good if eat in Bangkok. Price is definitely worth because of the hotel grading and location. And Quite a lot of choices for the dim sum.

As guests of your hotel, we have always held high expectations for the quality of service at Conrad. However, during a lunch on 7 August 2025 booked via Eatigo (Reservation No.: 29619049897343), we unfortunately experienced two incidents in the same visit that left us very disappointed. Due to work commitments, we arrived later in the lunch period. From 2:30 PM onwards, the staff began deliberately clearing our tableware, which made us feel rushed. By 3:00 PM, we were explicitly informed that we could no longer continue dining as the restaurant was closing. This disrupted our dining experience and made us feel unwelcome. To our surprise, during that same visit, due to a staff error, an additional bill was presented in front of us without any explanation or apology. This approach was inconsistent with the high service standards we associate with the Conrad brand. While we understand the restaurant has operating hours and internal procedures, we hope service can be delivered with greater consideration for guests’ comfort. We kindly request that you investigate this matter and provide a reasonable explanation or improvement plan to ensure such situations do not happen again.
