Staff remains exemplary. Meat is sometimes too tough. Desserts are well-done, well-presented and designed. Salad bar is simple and appropriate. Addition of veggie sushi is good. Overall it is excellent. Only improvement I see at this time is to consider the quality of the meat. For some reason it is often too tough. Thanks.

Much better than my recent lunch experience. A good variety of food, fresh and well prepared. Still good value dinner buffet option.

The staff is excellent. They are very accommodating and service-oriented. Alternate the sea bass with salmon from time to time. The shrimp with pineapple was great. Moroccan tajine, and the Indian vegetarian food is good. Mixed vegetables - Very good. Salad bar is good / addition of vegetarian sushi rolls is very good. The dessert section is always well done. Executive summary: The staff makes it a very pleasant experience.

We went to the Sunday Brunch at Ginger on 12 November '23. In one word: exceptionally good! A great and very varied selection of food (large river prawns, sushi, chicken shawarma, oysters (!), smoked salmon, roast beef carving station, Indian food section, Thai food section, international food section, many salads, dessert pastries and ice cream, just to name some of the highlights...). We'll be back soon!!

Second time went for this buffet, glad to see some different food choices from the previous month’s visit. Service again is almost faultless and certainly enjoying the buffet that is in a not overly crowded environment. Would love to visit a third time and more if eatigo deal is still available.

Greeting to Chiefs and service group at Ginger all day dining. This is my third visit and every time I feel being welcome. Thursday and Friday’s food is slightly different which makes me come and experience different tastes. I certainly would come back. Thumbs up
