Located at Tanjong Pagar Plaza, Mellben Signature has a strict quality standard imposed, with the restaurant using only the very freshest Sri Lankan crabs for dishes like the claypot crab vermicelli soup and creamy butter crab. Their other non-crab dishes are excellent as well. The steamed cod with Chinese radish, and bamboo clams with garlic are also must-tries here.
