餐廳介紹
FINDS 是香港極具代表性的北歐餐廳，其名稱代表北歐五國：芬蘭、冰島、挪威、丹麥及瑞典。菜式以北國四季作為靈感，大部分時令食材和海鮮均從北歐直接入口，配合煙燻、醃漬、醋漬及發酵等北歐經典烹調手法，呈獻食物最樸實、細緻的味道。

FINDS located at the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Staffs with great passion and very friendly. They explained everything in details and served with heart. Food and drinks were all superb and the presentation is gorgeous! Will definitely recommend to all my friends and see you soon!

餐廳充滿北歐風格裝飾，很有特色，食物質素跟價錢也成正比。 食物為芬蘭味道，黃麖柳做得十分出色，疫情下沒有機會去旅行，這是十分不錯的選擇去嚐異國情調。
