I wrote in on 23 Nov to make a complaint about this restaurant but so far there’s no reply from eatigo. So I am reporting the incident again. When I attempted to show The chef my email from eatigo regarding the $10 cash voucher, he refused and said that the restaurant does not accept the eatigo discount voucher. When I asked for the bill, charged us an additional $16 for extra 2 pcs of sushi even though I pointed out when we made the reservation , it was clearly stated that there is unlimited serving of sushi for lunch booking. Again he said his restaurant does not honour such a condition . Clearly the chef is not honest and just served the additional sushi without telling me that I have to pay $16 for another 2 pcs. I was asked to pay $94.60 and he didn’t give me the bill with the excuse that the machine is not working. I think the restaurant is cheating customers. There’s no excuse that the chef forgot because we were the only 2 customers there at 3pm when I made the payment.
