Very disappointed with the food and buffet Spread too little . Never expect the presentation at the sushi sashimi counter just like a chuck of raw fish. No respect for Japanese culture. Recently just went to Marriott Tangs Crossroad on 24/1/2025 lunch buffet too they are great except no Sashimi only Maki rolls, high expectations for Fullerton Town buffet better than Crossroad but it turns out 👎👎👎 than Marriott Crossroad.

It was my 2nd time to visit Town restaurant. The 1st time menu n service was great on New Year buffet lunch, large varieties. Staff top up food quickly n collect empty plates quickly. So I booked my family for CNY lunch buffet, $49 with Eatigo discount. It was really disappointing, the food they served are not tally with their online menu, very limited choices, not all food on the menu was served. Food was refilled timely n staff did not collect empty plates quickly until we nearly finished. Staff at the food station in the middle of dinning hall even disappeared while people still having lunch. I don’t know what caused this but it is very disappointing indeed.

Actually was quite disappointed with the lunch spread. Not much variety, limited cold seafood spread (only salmon & tuna sashimi and scallops weren't very fresh). Desserts were also quite lacking on terms of novelty and taste. All in all, very disappointed for the spread and variety. Not worth it even with Eatigo discount.

Variety was limited, first time walking out of a buffet and still had space to drink bubble tea. But i guess okay as it was still value for money.
