Had a great dining experience here! Wide variety of food choices, fresh ingredients, and everything was constantly replenished. It was pretty crowded for a weekday The atmosphere was comfortable and perfect for family gatherings. Definitely worth the price after the 50% off and I’ll be back again!

Location is great . But the person incharge refused to let us go in earlier than the reservation time which was not flexible. Food range was average , not worth the full price without the discount from eatigo though.

Not a very wide variety for weekday lunch buffet, but the food is tasty. The desserts are delicious. The bread and butter pudding is yummy!

Eatigo apps status per pax $42 after 40% on Saturday. But when payment the price is $50.40 instead of $42. feels like be cheated.

We had a birthday celebration at Crossroads and everything has been exceptional especially the service of all the staff from reception to the chefs behind the buffet to the waiting staff and manager. When I first asked in the app if we are allowed to bring a cake, they called me almost immediately and said it is not an issue. When we arrived, everything was just great! We had a huge area to ourselves, plates were cleared constantly by Jane whose service was just excellent. Then when I asked the manager for the cake, he not only helped me with the cakes and gave me a larger plate to put with no questions asked. I sincerely apologise for not getting his name. Thumbs up for everyone in the dinner buffet section on 26/4/2026. Thank you so much for making our girl bday celebration memorable. 😍
