Located in the Ocean Terminal of Harbour City, Ebi Mazesoba offers a taste of unique ramen trends from Hokkaido in Tsim Sha Tsui. The restaurant is the first in the world to serve the signature Ebi Mazesoba, which is an incredibly rich noodle flavoured with shrimp essence, oil and shrimp soy sauce. Diners can choose from seasonings including miso, salt and soy sauce to create their own ramen options, along with other dishes including Rice Ball, Steamed Japanese Rice and BBQ Pork Rice. With a marvelous view of the Victoria Harbour, Ebi Mazesoba is a favourite spot for a post-shopping treat or a relaxed evening out.

點了兩個龍蝦汁車海老蝦湯拉麵，每碗有兩隻大蝦，可惜蝦並不新鮮，蝦肉都淋了 向職員反映後再給我們兩隻大蝦，可惜都是不新鮮的。標價$108的拉麵，提供不新鮮的食材， 太不值了。
