Review I take no pleasure in reporting that this was a disaster and I regret visiting this restaurant. I brought friends here only to be embarrassed. This is honestly the worst service I’ve had in Singapore. One failure after another. Don’t be fooled by their good reviews on Eatigo. We arrived to find the table greasy and there was Teletubbies on the TV blaring in the background. We ordered our items on the menu and drinks, the staff did not write this down or confirm the items at the end of the ordering process. It took around 15 mins for drinks to arrive despite the restaurant not being busy. Of the 4 food items we ordered only 2 arrived. They didn’t provide us with plates or cutlery, we sat there with food in front of us for another 10-15 mins before complaining. The staff were apologetic and addressed this giving us cutlery and plates so we could eat. We ate and expected our remaining items to arrive but they didn’t. We complained again and the staff argued with us about us not ordering what we had ordered but was apologetic and said it would be complimentary. We then left and then had them ask for 50% of the original bill while we were on the street outside after them saying it would be complimentary. We just paid as at this point we’d had enough. We then headed to Beirut grill to experience their great food and service.

Refaat was a good server. Will come again. Price is reasonable when served with 50 percent off.

Taksim number 1 - the owner who is the chef and the cheerful waiter really makes the place worth going to. With discount on eatigo app for the food, it really is worth it.
