We made a reservation for two through Eatigo at 8:30 PM. When we ordered the chicken satay, the waitress told us they had no chicken or pork, only beef, so we changed our order. A moment later, the waitress came back and informed us that the prawn dishes we ordered were unavailable due to a lack of prawns, and there was no sticky rice either. She casually suggested we try the wagyu instead. Throughout the experience, the waitress was not very polite and spoke to us in a very casual manner. The restaurant didn't inform us in advance about the limited menu items, and by the end, most of the main dishes were unavailable, leaving only beef options. We were very disappointed and decided to cancel our reservation.
