False marketing the policies of the restaurant.It says there how much discount you should avail base on your preferred time. It wasn’t stipulated in their policies that on top of the total amount it has an incurred taxes and service charges. No discount given on the time I’ve placed. Do not tell that there is discount if you’re giving also service charge and taxes. So what’s the point of availing this using the third party and showing the total amount to be paid but after availing it wasn’t the amount to be paid. Confusing and your policy wasn’t clear to all..

The receptionists on duty told us two different hours which contradict to our reservation. We were not able to avail the reservation.

They let me in 15 minutes before my scheduled reservation which gave me extra time to settle in my toddler (who was free). The food was delicious, fresh with quality ingredients. I was able to eat for 30 minutes (before the buffet closed) and honestly it was more than enough time. I just got all the food I wanted in one go which is still a great way to maximize the buffet.

Eating at a buffet for only 20 mins is so bad. Your advertisement is very misleading!!!! I will never use your platform again!!
