Totally not comfortable with this apps….. When come to payment the cashier told me that no -10% discount as they mention only Ala-carte able to get discount!…. Etigo - please explain to me how come? As I booked your timing -10% discount but end up?….im sorry I totally can’t accept this kind of the apps sound like cheating me to use ….

service can be better. table not fully clean when i sat down. one of the items i ordered out of stock one of the items did not come after 30 minutes from the first item served, so i raised it to a junior staff, who went to approach a senior staff senior staff no bother to check what i even ordered (i overheard as i was sitting right outside the kitchen) and let junior staff brush me off with "tell customer coming in 5 minutes." order only came 10 minutes later cashier did not notice or check my eatigo 50% and charged full price. so i had to inform.

Staff is pretty much forced to work in the restaurant. Not very keen on his job. The food is very pricey for the portion.
