our reservation is dec 7 2pm and upon coming to the restaurant, it was closed. It was because of an event and a lot of people were fixing decorations for the event which confused me because we reserved a seat ahead of time. following that, everyone was busy and they put us into a separate room. there were no proper waiters and we couldnt really ask for things we needed because we were in a separate room and we were not able to see them and they dont see us. aside from this some food were served a bit cold like the mozzarella sticks, and the beef salpicao was so tough it was hard to chew as well. we were the only customers there and it was a bad experience overall as we were eating we were hearing a bunch of noises in the restaurant. they said as well they werent able to close the reservations for eatigo and that led to that moment which really was a bummer for us since they didnt provide good service.

Surprisingly good! Our favorites are the lengua, truffle fries and salpicao! Staff are so friendly too! :)

Good food

One of the best weve tasted food in the Metro

Ambience was great. The place is great for meetings and for productive work days. The VIP rooms are also perfect for intimate events. The Mafia Room was amazing. The food is at par with known hotel restaurants. Presentation was elegant. Their coffee is decent. Work and coffee seem a perfect combination here. Overall, the restaurant is quite a delight and its location and parking space is a plus. Will definitely go back!

Beef salpicao is the bomb. The ambience is so relaxing. Service is top notch. The owner is also very nice and accommodating. They have a cool venue for events. Definitely one of the best restaurants in QC
