The place is really pretty. Nice deco. Always love being in the cafe. Unfortunately, the food is so so. The truffle fries were greasy with only some bits of sprinkle of cheese and “truffle”. The truffle fries came with garlic butter dip which we found a bit bland. Even Dave’s Deli truffle fries come with the truffle cream dip. We also tried an appetiser called the arancini rice cheese balls. They were just ok. Nothing special. The one dish you won’t want to order is the Salmon pizza. The salmon slices were not the freshest, topped with some cheese, capers plus creamy dressing. What made the pizza so not palatable was the beet pieces that were soaked / pickled in rose water. The rose smell / scent / perfume was so overpowering that made the aesthetically beautiful pizza almost totally inedible. They should strike off that salmon pizza recipe out of the menu. Rose and salmon on a pizza just don’t work well. Sorry Chef Wan :(

The prawn caesar salad as usual very good. The truffle fries and nasi ulam (missing the sambal belacan) were OK. However, the cucur udang was disappointing. It’s more like cucur sayur than cucur udang. I was expecting cucur udang with real kepala udang in the batter deep-fried to utmost crispiness.

Place is beautiful. Food availability has limited variety not as per menu. The waiter was good and friendly. The duck pizza was good. The Caesar salad was really good. But the squid ink pasta was just ordinary. Good deal on Eatigo.

Everything is so good.

Staff and interior was overwhelming. Taste average. Price is not worth the taste and portion.
