our food bill was $27 after the eatigo 50% discount, and we were charged a service fee of $5.40, that's a whopping 20%😨😨😨

We booked and went to Cali at Raffles Place. But we were shocked that the restaurant was closed. My question is why did the restaurant put up for booking when they are closed. It was a waste of our time and effort. We specially went there for dinner. And there weren't many restaurants open in that area at night. We have to travel to another place for dinner.

Would be better if they serve tap water instead of making us buy bottled water which is not sustainable

Disappointing. Brought a friend there to celebrate her birthday. Asked for a corner seat but was placed right in the middle. They did not even care to wish my friend a happy birthday.. expected better from Ascott. Oh well.. food was alright. First and last time..

Nice service and quiet ambience. Good food and nice selection of dishes, good value with eatigo. The lamb, beef cheeks and bolognese were all very tasty and serving size is just right.

Cali provides a 50% discount at 7.30 pm, which sounds like a great deal honestly. However, it comes with a huge catch. They don't tell you about the high service charge which is included as an item in the receipt, instead of the standard 10% stated clearly for almost everywhere else, they charged a fee of $22.10 for a meal that costs around $120, which is about 18%... For a place with only 2 service staff that were hardly seen throughout our dinner, charging 18% service fee is quite ridiculous.
