Food is just so-so. Variety is limited for the steamboat buffet. Definitely not value for money

Have booked for “Oh Shucks! It’s Lobstermania” Buffet at Food Exchange. Kind of disappointed as we are expecting to have unlimited serving of lobsters. Turned out there's only 1 serving of 1 lobster per person. And we can't choose how we would like the lobster to be cooked. I don't really like cheese and the lobster was cooked with plenty of cheese. Not much food & drinks selection. And juices are not inclusive in the buffet. However, we are quite happy with the service provided by Marcus, Derriek and team.

Not worth the money- cook food section is dull and serverely under staff. Top up at fresh food area is slow and crab legs are top up in small batches.

We had a disappointing experience after the buffet dinner. Both of us ended up with diarrhea, likely due to the oysters not being fresh. Unfortunately, I was unwell and diarrhea from 11pm until 5am. We won’t be returning.

Even water was slow in replenishing. Staff so eager to clear the plates they removed our half-finished cheese lobsters. Even the hair clip my daughter left on the table was cleared away and they could not find it. When I arranged for surprise birthday cake (thanks for arranging complimentary cake), staff came up to ask me about it - in front of the birthday boy. And talked into our celebration video as I was filming. The staff are all helpful and eager but definitely expected better service and experience from a restaurant in a hotel. Disappointing first visit, and as the food was not particularly good, will be our last visit.

I was very disappointed at Food Exchange..First of all, food was not top up by the time we were seated.. You can see the cooks started to go for break at 8.30pm and only have leftovers food...Food are not hot by then.. And worse is the desert bar , there is so little choice to choose.. just a few cakes and longan . Cakes are also not top up too.. Will not recommend anyone to go .. Cause any five star hotel buffet will be much better than Food Exchange...
