食物味道一般，服務很差

I recently stayed at 河夢 and was very disappointed with the service. While the food was acceptable and nothing out of the ordinary, the behavior of the staff, particularly "JL", was extremely unprofessional. He treated customers with a lack of respect, which is simply unacceptable in the hospitality industry. This left a very negative impression on my experience, and I sincerely hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure other guests aren't subjected to the same treatment.
