Have been regular diners on every Saturday for months. Before was Grand Hyatt frequent customers. This time the experience was extremely unsatisfied. Except the free flow of wine, the service is attentive yet not too intrusive. 1. the thermo flask for hot water had tea stain, the water poured out in brownish colour. It happened twice even though thermo was changed; 2. Food displays were so messy, fresh lemon jar with onion pieces at the oyster bar area. The thongs for the fresh vegetables area had stains of those sauces! Fresh foods is appealing but with such conditions. 3. seafood sauce like watery, a lot of chemical vinegar not genuine... 4. no chocolate in pieces like before, just few tubs of mousse with different flavours, these are raw ingredients for desserts, how people could take so thick stuff? This is unacceptable. Haven't heard people take tubs of mousse as dessert! This is not a way to save food costs! 5. Servers not enough and not attentive, end up our credit card left at the hotel, we had to return and took back. I gave good reviews on trip advisor but not this time. So disappointing! Hope the dedicated managers could take a look with improvement.

very good service. so quite. nice ambiance. we reserved for 1.30pm, turns out buffet is closed at 2.30pm. eatigo promotion was before tax. so i paid more than what's written in the app.

limited food and dessert choices, the steam crab has ammonia smell, the overall food quality is beyond average.
