Plaagut offers authentic Southern Thai recipes from Nakhon Si Thammarat Province in the Heart of Bangkok’s business area (Sathon 10). Here they strictly follow the traditional recipes and cook with authentic flavor ingredients only with curry pastes and other fixings delivered from the owner’s hometown. Recommended dishes include nam phrik jone (spicy shrimp paste dip), bai liang phat khai kung siap (stir-fried vegetables with egg and crispy shrimps), and kaeng som kung sapparot (spicy shrimp and pineapple soup).
