Chinese hotpots are easily found within Singapore, but the one served at Xiang Guo Li Lia originates from the Jinyun Mountain in Chongqing. A fusion of local spicy flavours, it is a common dish of the local folk there, and is characterised by its fresh, spicy and fragrant herbs. Alternatively, diners can also choose from a variety of dishes, such as mapo tofu rice, potato pork rib rice and braised fish fillet rice.
