I ordered a pepper chicken but the chicken was not fully cooked so told the staff in charge, she promptly asked the chef to change a new set for me and also gave us 2 scoops of ice cream for free. It was a good gesture of her and her service is complimentary.

Taste - good. Pasta sauce could do with less salt. I prefer the chunky fries that they used to serve.

Wide selection of Western dishes, and kitchen staff coped with heavy Saturday dinner orders - including special request on the fried egg!
The cashier is also the barista, hence the fancy coffee was a bit slow in coming and she explained why.

Our 1st time at Grumpy Bear. We had Fish & Chips and the Truffle Grilled Chicken. Both were better than expected! Service was also good.
