Totally value for money. The seafood is fresh. Some of the items are delicious and desserts were made with Easter design (I was there on 1 Apr). I enjoyed a lot.

I felt the chef serving the live station on squid, prawn and scallops as an unfriendly serving staff, and appeared to be more favor to the hotel guests than walk-in guests. I am a walk-in guest and I will return more frequent than the overseas tourists. I hesitate to bring my guest after this not very friendly experience though I am very happy with the foods selection. Thank you

The chicken rice chicken is too dry.Roast beef is also abit dry. Grilled fish,satay, sashimi, bbq ,seafood are nice

The current lunch buffet spread is one of the best in Singapore for ~S$35.70 after factoring in the 15% Eatigo discount + GST + Service Charge. Going every week

There are at least 10 more dishes than Jan 2024 lunch buffet. Paid ~S$35 inclusive of GST and Service Charge. Very good value for a weekday lunch buffet considering the quality of the food and unlimited good quality tea and latte.

Good seafood spread. Value for money with eatigo 15% off. Requested for complimentary birthday cake and they kindly provided a nice slice. Service is good. Cashier helped me register to my Shangrila account. I have been here several times. Not crowded and good place to meet friends

The food and the service were good but quite disappointed that GST was not included in the pricing that appear in eatigo discount. It was separate. So the total cost paid was more than the amount reflected in eatigo.

The restaurant removed the items near the end of the dining hours and we were not informed. As a result, we missed out on the dessert. I believe that in some restaurants, the customers would be informed before the buffet closes.

The lunch buffet was great. Good quality food. The variety of food was just right, with a range of options and yet not repetitive. Really enjoyed it.

Makan@Jen’s has slightly lower number of dishes than other buffets, but quality and taste of dishes are excellent. I believe they control the number of dishes in order to deliver great value for money for diners. If you want to eat 60 different type of mediocre dishes, don’t come here. If you prefer to focus on 10-20 good quality dishes and spend less, then come here. And the coffee and latte that come with the meal are excellent too and will easily cost $5++ in cafes.
