Food Capital is a tranquil and capacious all-day-dining and buffet restaurant by the riverside in Singapore. The restaurant presents guests with an array of indulgent delights with the main island counter; featuring the Patisserie and the Seafood-on-Ice section taking the centre stage. Food Capital’s main dining area consists of full-height floor to ceiling glass windows, providing ample lighting while creating a warm and welcoming ambience for guests along with the scenic view of the Singapore River. Popular selections among diners include the Canadian Snow Crab Leg, Chilean Scallop, Oven Roasted Chicken, Australian Beef Rib Eye with Red Wine Jus and many more local favourites, served from the variety of stations around the buffet line.
