Rubs is a BBQ smokehouse and bar, and the folks here swear by ‘low and slow’ cooking that results in an intense smoky flavour when combined with their house-made rubs. Cooked at about 105 to 110 degrees for long hours, the top must-try dishes here are Rack It Up (lamb), Norway Express (salmon) and the classic pasta marinara. Rubs also offers an extensive wine list, so you’re all set to pairing the perfect vino with your food.
