Resembling a spacious luxury jet with futuristic-looking interiors, the restaurant at Jalan Stesen Sentral’s Aloft offers dinner buffets with five special dishes that rotate every day. These dishes are mainly carvings like roasted beef with gravy, roasted spiced chicken with gravy, salmon papillote, roasted beef with rending sauce, grilled fish malay style and steamed red snapper fish, and roasted spiced chicken. Not to forget, their absolutely authentic Sarawak Laksa that will bring you back for more. For the best seats in the house, sit next to Nook’s floor-to-ceiling windows and enjoy the surrounding views of Kuala Lumpur Sentral.
