Lovely staff Neo Neo who was very patient and friendly from the start till the end :) Food selection was pretty extensive even at 3pm

I came here for the buffet lunch, and there was a nice variety of food. The soup was tasty, especially the unique pig trotter soup. The atmosphere was great, and I really wanted to give a shoutout to one of the ladies who served me, 张阿姨, at the Northpoint outlet for her amazing customer service. Thank you so much! 😊

Great deal with eatigo discount. Staff were attentive and helped to clear the plates in a timely manner, also asking if soup refills were needed, etc. Have been here a few times, the side dishes and some available desserts get changed up here and there, which is a nice experience too.

Food is not bad and reasonably priced after the eatigo discount. It's nice to have both hotpot and BBQ options at the same time. Plates are promptly cleared by the staff without having to remind them. Convenient to take food from the conveyor belt, and dishes ordered via phone arrive rather quickly via the train thingy as well. Good experience overall.
