The food comes from the kitchen upstairs where there's a buffet, it's near cold when it reaches your table. The server was excellent and patient, apologetic but it's not his fault. Suggested they use a warmer to bring food down

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly service, and mediocre food. The pizza had a dry crust and homemade toppings, reminiscent of a frozen pizza. The burger was okay, but the meat wasn't cooked to perfection. Overall, the food was nothing special.

Nice ambience, many thanks and thumbs up to service staff, Mr. Ryan. He is pro-active and gave excellent service despite being busy. 👍🏼 Our SG F&B industry needs more outstanding service staff alike to Mr. Ryan.

Pricey for heated-up frozen foods. Wagyu burger was tasteless - frozen patty that looked pale. Pizza was also like ready made frozen ones. Vegetarian sandwich was ok. The service was warm and nice. But after food was served, nowhere in sight for a long time. Won’t be going there again for sure.

Had a great evening at Bartistry! We had a private corner and enjoyed the Wagyu & chicken burger sets. Food took sometime to arrive as kitchen wasn't on the same floor but we were busy taking selfies so time wasn't a matter. The staff Ryan, gave his best service despite being busy with customers as he was the only person handling the orders & service. He also gave good food recommendations and was very friendly! Thank you, Ryan! Hope to see you again when we visit next:)
