Good & friendly staff

Not much of a varieties for a hotel buffet in comparison to other hotels in town. We mainly enjoy the salads bar, cold prawns, oysters. Hot section we like only the chicken stay. The rest of the hot items were either over-cooked, tough or tasteless. Sirloin steak cuts were disappointing with mostly medium rare bloody and fatty. definitely alot of room of improvements for the food. definitely not worth it if pay full price. Added to the disapointment was we were not informed prior it's a no pork day, inorder to be made available to the Muslim community. Not racist but were were hoping to have roasted pork meat. Only roasted duck was served that day (dry and tasteless 😓). But COMPLIMENTS to the service staffs friendly and attentive. They even prep a slice of nicely decorated birthday cake to our surprise; noting it's was for a birthday celebration dinner in our booking. Special thanks to the Filipino Manager; May who were very friendly and repsonsive to our queries. Also resolved our Eatigo price issue. As pricings may change from time to time. restaurant will honouryour booked price whichever is lower 🤩

Super disappointed and there were only slipper lobsters and not worth the price to go.

Eatigo 50% off is really good value for money. Novotel restaurant spread includes abundant of Boston lobsters , oysters and s ow crabsband many more Excellent service by staffs too.

We celebrated my husband's birthday yesterday during lunch at Food Capital. The food is excellent, especially the durian cake and dessert. Seafood is exceptionally fresh. I appreciate you giving me a lovely cake and candle to celebrate my spouse's birthday. We'll definitely return the next time.

For Eatigo discount of 35% . This restaurant is definitely value for money. Though not as many choices compared to more expensive hotel buffets but with snow crab , fresh juicy oyster + local butter , salted egg , pepper and chilli crabs, roasted duck , chicken , beefs etc is enough for you to spend a nice 2 hours dining in a wonderful ambience restaurant beside the pool. The executive chef and all the other staffs were so friendly and hardworking👍

Great place to dine. Food is good although ala-carte menu selection is not a lot. Staffs are friendly. Good eatigo discount.

We went for Saturday lunch @ food exchange - staff attentive, gd ambience beside the pool, parking was free if you leave before 2:30pm. seafood selection- gong gong mussels clams and prawns . Laksa and chicken rice. Variety of Indian food, sushi, chinese and western. Decent selection of pastries. Thanks eatigo.
