Re-opened after a full rejuvenation, this revamp continues Bar Intermezzo dedication to these long-held values whilst elevating the bar’s visual identity with upscale, refreshed interiors and a sharply-focused cocktail menu curated with house-made ingredients and craft products that elaborate the many plantations in existence in heritage Singapore.
Bar Intermezzo inherits an air of sophistication with new, inviting interiors and contemporary botanical-influenced cocktails that toast to Orchard Road’s past. Responding to the needs of today’s constantly connected travellers, Bar Intermezzo will transform into a coffee bar in the day, providing a tropical co-working oasis for those seeking out new connections, fresh ideas or simply a good cup of coffee.
Open daily from 2pm to 11pm, with live music available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 7.30pm.

High tea semi buffet meant unlimited desserts, coffee & tea, and one serving each from the hot & cold canapés of the day( ie. u can’t select which canapé you want) with a total of 8 varieties. If you are avoiding carbs do note there were many bread-based canapes that day. However the selection changed daily. Complimentary car park coupon too.

Actual rating is 1 star. Dishonest merchant. Fails to honour eatigo promotion. Was called to confirm reservation and told that eatigo would apply to their cocktails. However, when I was there and after ordering the cocktails, they refused to honour what was conveyed and charged the full price. Cocktails were not even prepared by a mixologist because there was no bartender or mixologist around that night. Randomly whipped up by one of the service staff.
