Some lunch seatings may have fixed durations depending on how busy they are.
Q7: What are some of the signature dishes or must-try items?
A7:
Peranakan classics such as Ayam Buah Keluak, Nonya Chap Chye and local Nonya desserts like Durian Pengat are often highlighted.

The “Grill It. Swirl It. Savour Shirobuta Live” dinner event is a signature thematic offering.

DBS (card) 50% off Buffets with terms (up to 10 adults, blackout dates apply)

Service was attentive. - Cleared the dirty plates without trying to signal to them. - Can be improved by topping up the carafe. Food was so-so. - rendang, tiger prawns, blue pea coconut rice, mini cakes, pie tie, laksa, durian paste was very good. - sushi looks unappealing. Mussels in the white wine was not fresh. - eclair was not nice. - No crab legs as shown in the picture - No chocolate fondue as shown in the picture. Gathering friendly though not that great for dates. Overall, will try other places before coming here again.

Fabulous variety of food offered. But the queue to enter the restaurant was messy. Food on display seemed to be cluttered. Overall value for money.

Very spacious dining space, with attentive staff clearing and changing of plates. However little food choices, the best they serve will be the peranakan dishes, the kueh pai tee station, the rojak station and the prawns on ice the rest is just okok only. The butter spread for bread is terrible, so hard and taste very bad. Desserts were mehhh, especially thoes little cakes, all cannot make it, the only one that is edible is the pineapple layered cake. The durian pengat was quite average, the fresh banana is a better choice for dessert if u ask me. Overall lunch with eatigo promo was a good deal but don't have high hopes please.

Ellenborough Market Café is one of my favourite buffet spots. The food is consistently excellent — especially the rich pork trotter in vinegar, flavourful rendang chicken, fried bee hoon, and ayam buah keluak. The variety truly showcases comforting Peranakan classics done well. Service is attentive and pleasant, and the desserts are delightful too. The restaurant is spacious and conveniently located just a short walk from Clarke Quay MRT, making it an easy and enjoyable dining choice. I look forward to coming back!

It's very crowded today, as there's a huge company gathering in a big, clean, customer's orientated café. The spread is very localized with cold seafood, this is the thing...I'm expecting some fresh sashimi like salmon but there isn't, disappointed; so its unlike the pics in Etigo. 4 stars given.

Pros and plus points: Nicely decorated. Service is good as the staff will clear your empty plate without us asking. Food varieties are reasonable for prices you paid with discounts and durian Pengat is one of the best among other hotel buffet . Food replenishment is fast and the cafe staffs are attentive. Oyster and prawn on 27 Dec was fresh and of good flavour. Cons: Tables under spot light are quite warm so if can lower aircon temperature , it will be much better. The main food area a bit compacted especially when there is a huge crowd. Disappointed on the limiter ice-cream flavours and non are my favorite.
