- 1. Ordering Time Limit
- • Guests must place their food order within 15 minutes of their reservation time. Once they arrive at the restaurant, they are required to begin ordering within this 15 minutes period.
- 2. Bill Closure & Additional Orders
- • Once all food orders have been placed within the initial 15 minutes, the bill will be closed to prevent duplicate orders from being submitted through the app. If guests wish to order additional items afterward, a new bill will be created.
