Very disappointing experience. The food quality was honestly unacceptable for a hotel. We ordered pizza, and a supermarket frozen pizza would have been better in both taste and quality. When you choose to dine at a hotel, you naturally expect a certain standard, and unfortunately this was nowhere near it. What made the experience even worse was being seated in a smoking area without being asked. The cigarette smoke was extremely unpleasant and gave me a headache. Guests should at least be asked whether they are comfortable sitting in a smoking area, especially in an enclosed dining space. Overall, the experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend this place for dining.
