Few foods choices but elegant and delicious. Staff are attentive friendly and courteous. Love the Salmon and Tuna sashimi, Salads, and Carving station of roast beef and lechon belly is perfect, plus peking duck. Hakaw for me is great and it can greatly improve. Steamed fish a bit salty but can be adjusted lightly. Overall it was a perfect meal. Thank you Cucina at Marco Polo.

Selection is limited compared to other hotel buffets in this price range, but every dish is quality and executed well. Not much fillers like other buffets.

Their Salmon is good and well-cooked, however it took more than their committed time to serve this given only few to no one is being served.
