Karen was a one man show in this restaurant and she delivered. Food was tasty. liked the 10 options in their sauce counter. it was fun to mix and try out different flavors. will come back.

Souper Xinjiang MaLaTang claims to have the only Kung Fu Soup made from legit Beef bones broth. GOOD: 1. Karen greeted us with a friendly smile even though she was the only staff during our visit. She is literally a Souper 🦸♀️ woman with the power to be cashier, cook, server and kitchen clean up! Souper owner please give her a raise. 2. They have claypot dishes, dimsum etc. Very wide menu compared to other restos in the ever growing Malatang Hotpot market. 3. Souper has Eight soup options...largest broth base variants in my opinion. Giving diners a diverse flavor profile in every visit. 4. Aside from soups, they also offer delicious and juicy Shaokao grilled meat skewers! 5. Free basement parking. This restaurant deserves more diners with its souper foods and staff. Try it out.
