Dined at Shi Lin – Power Plant Mall and had a very disappointing experience due to a price mismatch and poor handling of the promotion. While the Eatigo discount was applied, the final bill was still unreasonably high, and what made it worse was the inconsistent explanations from the staff regarding how the promotion would work once two more people joined our table. Different answers were given, which caused confusion and frustration. Most of the staff were accommodating and polite, and I appreciate their effort. However, one of the managers or whatever the hell she was (a small lady) was extremely sarcastic and rude when we calmly and respectfully asked for clarification about the bill. She asked us “Hindi po ba kayo kumain???” As an attempt to justify the high bill In a very condescending way when we were just simply trying to understand the charges, yet her tone and attitude were very unprofessional and dismissive. For me lang ha, wag na kayo kumain dito.

Ok everything but my friend who was with me and ordered Century Egg had since diarrhea since we left the restaurant. The century egg they served was i think rotten already we returned it and they canceled it but she still consumed like 2 pieces and shes got diarrhea now.

I didn't expect too much, but so great !!!!!

I noticed Powerplant mall branch lang talaga not really good service and less prioritize pag eatigo.. super slow at huli nila sinerved ang appetizer. The fried rice with pork chops super oily ng rice puro oil sa baba ng rice parang ginawang konting sabaw.. kahit malapit ang branch na ito sa place ko hindi na ako pupunta

Restaurant offers good prices on their food; but disappointed with the quality of food at the Rockwell branch. All dishes was served cold except the dimsums. I had tried Shi Lin at other branches but never had the same experience.

Their order sheet was really hard to read, so I ended up messing up the order. Also, billing out took a long time.
