When we dined here and tried to order more dishes and desserts they informed us that the discount only applies for 1 hour upon seating. I told them that nowhere in the Eatigo policy states that and that they should've informed us and state it in the Eatigo policy.

Worst service in classy restaurant. Fast food crew has even better service than them. No smile, no greetings. Serving of food is so slow and not in order. You will feel that heavy feeling while they are serving you. I will not coming back even they offered free foods or 90% discount. Worst! Worst

Celebrated my birthday at Red Spice Okada last November 3, 2025, and it was such a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious. We especially loved the fried chicken, Yangzhou fried rice, and the dim sum selections. The place itself is cozy and beautiful, perfect for a special occasion. A huge shoutout to Sir Edgar, Ms. Ashi, and Ms. Joy for their warm and friendly service. They were very accommodating and made our dining experience truly unforgettable. I also appreciated the complimentary birthday cake! What made it even better was how smooth and efficient the service was. Everything came out fresh and perfectly cooked, with little to no waiting time. The portions were generous, and considering we availed the Eatigo 50% discount, the value for money was truly impressive. Thank you, Red Spice Okada, for making my birthday celebration so memorable. Definitely worth every bite!

Selected the 50% discount time slot. Everything was great, and have to commend our server, JOY, who served with a smile. Only downside is the faint smell of cigarette smoke from the open area access to the casino. But other than that, everything was worth the visit.
