I applied a $5 Eatigo voucher when making my reservation, only to realise after getting home that it wasn’t deducted from the final bill. The restaurant itself is cosy, with a nice view of the hotel’s swimming pool. For an Italian restaurant, I was surprised that none of the pastas included a white wine–based option. We ordered the Filetto alla Rossini and the Astice gourmet pizza, followed by a classic tiramisu. The steak was a little dry for our liking. The pizza was good, and the tiramisu was just average.

Ordered the Burrata Campana, Tagliolini al nero di Seppia and Linguine al Granchio and they were visually appealing and tasted great. Nice balance of flavours. The restaurant was empty on a Friday evening with just my table and 1 other from 5pm to 6+pm. Service seemed very curt and cold. There was a poster at the entrance for some drink promos but when I asked about it, the staff said there was no promos. It was only on the second time that I asked to confirm that they mentioned the promo is for dining outside. To make things more confusing, there was a sign within the restaurant that said Jim Beam highballs were available for $10++. But that was never offered or mentioned when I asked about drinks offers. I had just dined at Opus Bar and Grill at level 1 of the very same hotel where II Cielo a week prior and the service was so different. Upon being seated the staff informed us about the menu limitations of using the Eatigo app and would later ask how our meal was and if we had any other requests or feedback. They quickly cleared anything from the table that wasnt needed and when we were done with them. Staff were warmer and so much more friendlier at Opus than at Il Cielo. The stark contrast in service levels really stood out and it kinda killed the vibe. I stayed on to have drinks at Opus but decided to go elsewhere for drinks after eating at II Cielo

They acted to strangely and even whispered that I am on eatigo..... like on charity. Don't advertise on eatigo if that's the case

We had the truffle pizza and pasta., both were outstanding! Food taste much better compared to my previous visit years back. We were told the chef is from Sicily. Service is good. However we were charged water which we did not order nor served. As we had left the restaurant, we didn’t go back to inform the restaurant mgr.

Had a wonderful birthday celebration with il Cielo! Amazing food and excellent service. A great place for all occasions.

Everything was excellent. Warm staff with prompt service. Food items were top notch in quality and beautifully presented. Loved the generous shaved truffle slices that complement so well with all the food we ordered. Will definitely visit again. No issue or problem of sort while using Eatigo promo. Highly recommended.

Casual vibes, mostly attentive service, but some awkward moments where they respected our privacy way too much and didnt ask if we wanted drinks or dessert.

Service crew does not seem to welcome Eatigo diners. They did not give us the drink list even after we had ordered our food. Instead we had to ask for it after it become apparent that they were not going to bother. The dinner was to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. When we asked for the cake, the staff simply put the entire bag with the cake box inside on the table and left. . We had to ask for plates and cutlery and lighter. And then we had to instruct him to clean the table. Even then it was half hearted effort as he left the bottles of olive oil on the table. It certainly does not feel good dinning there.
