Dear Eatigo Team, I recently made a booking through your app for 8 adults at The Mill, Grand Millennium, at 7:00 PM, based on a 50% discount offer displayed on Eatigo. However, I received a call from the restaurant informing me that the 50% discount was no longer available, and that only a 20% discount could be honored. As arrangements had already been made, I had no choice but to proceed. Nevertheless, I am extremely disappointed, especially as this was my first time using the Eatigo app. I had trusted the deal published, but unfortunately, it was not honored, leading to a poor and frustrating experience with the app or was it the Hotel? This raises serious concerns regarding the reliability and transparency of the offers listed on your platform. I would appreciate an explanation and assurance that similar discrepancies will not occur in the future. Otherwise, it calls into question the credibility of using Eatigo for future bookings. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Beware. the price given not nett price. another additional charges as well- included SST and GST. the seafood was fresh. but we only allowed to eat from 7pm - 9pm. the reason because they having party after that. we only being informed when we arrived there. We just agreed maybe because we using eatigo apps. there would be double standard on that part compared to other clients. Food was good but a lot of misinformation prior to that. just once and last eating here as I couldn't eat in peace at all 😅

The ambience was good and there was a variety of food selection. The staff were friendly and approachable.

Reserved the 7pm slot for 10pax(for their buffet plus dinner). Food selection is quit good but the taste is premium. Buffet includes “made to order food” which comprises selection of wagyu, salmon, caviar etc. Chef was so genuine, asked the guest from table to table. Perfect

Buffet is good. Though the waiter did not provide us the small menu at first where we didnt know that we can order the caviar, sashimi, wagyu steak etc. We even need to follow-up and ask for it twice. We only learned that its included when people at the other tables are ordering something else thats not on their buffet table. Overall, price is very reasonable specially with the 50% off. Wifi must also be provided to eating guests and not just the in house guests as the signal at the restaurant is weak.

as always, friendly staff & manager & chef. food always delicious & variety and they have new style of additional order food from list which is not available from buffet bar and no extra charge. I have tried udang galah masak chili is sooo delicious & beef wagyu yummi . price from eatigo awesome affordable 😍😍😍 recommended eatigo & Restaurant 👍👍👍

the12pm slot isn't valid. good food selection but quality wise isn't quite there. good service team. saw a roach nearby the cheese and sushi session.
